We loved the hotel's location near the mall, making shopping very convenient. Also, the transportation was efficient with the option of shuttle service to the airport. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Moreover, the cleanliness of this hotel was top-notch.
There was nothing we didn't like.

We were very impressed with this hotel. The location is perfect, close to the mall and the business center. The staff provided excellent service, from the room service to the car hire. The room was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and an in-room safe. The outdoor swimming pool was a great place to relax, and they even offered live entertainment. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was a nice bonus. we had a wonderful stay here.
We highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

The breakfast was outstanding. Staff were awesome and helpful. Tricycle driver was amazing. Pool was clean and big. Shuttle service to airport available.

The pool area was relaxing and inviting, equipped with clean towels and slippers. the hotel staff provided complimentary shuttle services to nearby attractions, which made it easy to explore the area. the hotel's location was conveniently close to a grocery store and a range of dining options.
The rooms were a bit outdated and musty, and the walls were thin enough to hear noise from other guests. We also found that the breakfast options were limited and could have included more variety.

The hotel's location is convenient, being close to Robinson's mall and the airport, but don't expect to be near a beach. Rooms are decent, but not outstanding. Service is satisfactory, and breakfast is a delight. the lobby, gym, and swimming pool are a plus.
The Wi-Fi has a weak signal, and the hallways and facilities need improvement.

The hotel had a big and clean pool, which was perfect for cooling off from the hot weather. The staff members were helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. the location was very convenient, as there were plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby.
There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. Despite asking the staff to spray the room each evening, the mosquitoes still managed to sneak in through the cracks in the door.
